What are XenPoints? How do I use/earn them?
1. All registered users earn points/cashback via
a) Shopping: Every time you shop on our website, you earn cashback in the form of XenPoints equivalent to your order value, within 1 week of the order delivery.
b) By Referring: Read about this here: Refer & Earn
2. You can use the XenPoints for discount during checkout (10 XenPoint = 1 USD ).
3. You can check your XenPoints balance in here: XenPoints.
4. Points in your wallet expire in 99 days from the day they were added.
Do I have to pay any shipping charges?
We provide FREE shipping on all orders. Shipping is fast by default for prepaid orders.
Why I can’t Find any Cash On Delivery(COD) Option?
Sorry, but we do not provide any Cash On Delivery (COD) Option at the moment.
What should I do if I have an issue with payment while placing order?
1. In the event that money got deducted from your account, but your order didn’t got confirmed, the amount usually is automatically refunded back to your mode of payment within 12-24 hrs. In case it is not received within this time limit just drop us a mail at care@Xenpachi.in and our team will help you out.
2. If your payment is getting declined every-time you try to checkout, then just logout of your account and then login and initiate the checkout process again.
How do I cancel/modify my order?
To ensure fast delivery we try to ship all our order within 1-2 business days. We won’t be able to cancel or make changes to your order once it is shipped from our warehouse.
Please send an email within 4 hours of placing the order for cancellation/modifications.
1. To cancel or modify your orders just drop a mail at care@xenpachi.in mentioning the changes to be made to the order. Don’t forget to mention your order id as well.
2. For modifications – please write “Modify My Order” in the email’s subject along with the order no.
How do I apply for return/ exchange of my product(s)?
Note: Please go through Return Policy to check if your product(s) is(are) eligible for return or not.
To apply or exchange for your product(s) just drop us a mail at care@Xenpachi.in mentioning the reason for return if applicable. Don’t forget to mention your order id as well. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by our Customer Care team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at care@Xenpachi.in and we will get back to you.
In case of a return, any freebies accompanying the order have to be returned along with the package.
My order has crossed “Expected Delivery Date” and is not yet delivered. / Tracking shows false delivery status updates.
In such case please drop us a mail within 24-48 hrs at care@Xenpachi.in so that we can escalate the issue to the courier company before the order is marked as “undeliverable” and is returned back to us.
For any other query just drop us a mail at care@Xenpachi.in and our team will get in touch with you within 1-2 business days (most probably within hours).
